refund & return policy

We stand behind the raw quality and durability of our build. If your order has sizing or manufacturing issues, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

1. Exchange & Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or size exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received it.
  • The shoes must be returned in their original packaging, including laces, tags, and box inserts.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or digital receipt) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to improper use, intentional wear, or altered after delivery.
  • Items purchased during final clearance drops or warehouse sales (unless defective upon arrival).

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of parcel receipt.
  2. Provide your Order ID, photographs of the item, and state whether you need a size exchange or a return.
  3. Once approved, ship the parcel back to our designated warehouse address in Pakistan.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to a wrong size ordered by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return courier fee (PKR 300).
  • If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong item sent by Asli Fit, we will cover all courier charges.

6. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility:

  • Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Shipping fees (PKR 300) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
